TOEIC Listening and Reading Test共有七種題型，聽力測驗題型包含──照片描述、應答問題、簡短對話、簡短獨白；閱讀測驗題型包含──句子填空、段落填空、閱讀測驗。

TOEIC® Listening and Reading Test 共200 題，皆為單選題，分為聽力及閱讀兩大部分，測驗時間約2小時30分鐘（含基本資料及問卷填寫）。

多益測驗於全球160個國家施測，為1萬4千個以上企業、教育單位及政府機構採用，用途廣泛，全球每年超過700萬人次報考，成績具信度、效度及國際流通度。

多益測驗於2018年3月更新題型，加入現代溝通常用的文字簡訊、即時通訊及多人對話等等。題型更新後測驗的難易度、測驗時間或測驗分數代表的意義不變。
